About Valerie’s Writing & Photography
Valerie has been a writer for as long as she can remember. Thriving on both writing and reading from childhood, she dedicates her life to writing positive, inspiring articles as well as the occasional review.
Valerie has written for such publications as The Island Ear where she interviewed and reviewed both musical and comedy acts in the New York City metro area, as well as The Extreme, where she wrote a regular column of positive-focused features.
Online she has written for such sites as Wings of Love and Longisland.com, where she was the Life Coach expert.
Currently she runs and writes for her own online publication Geek Chic, which is dedicated to helping women of every age embrace their unique beauty and be true to themselves.
Valerie is also an internationally published poet.
Valerie has also always had a passion for photography. Her photos have been published on numerous websites as well as in the 2011 Celebration Town Calender.
